1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") define the conditions for using the Cinemapatrol website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and its content.
1.2. By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Site.
1.3. The Site Administration reserves the right to modify this Agreement without prior notice. The current version is always available on the Terms of Service page.
1.4. Cinemapatrol is a private information project without legal entity status. Administration is carried out by an individual.

2.1. Cinemapatrol is an informational online resource about cinema that publishes news, reviews, analytical materials, curated lists, and other content related to cinematography.

- accompany news materials;

6.3. Such use is carried out in accordance with the principles of:

- "Fair dealing" (EU, Ukraine) — permitted citation and illustrative use with attribution to the source in accordance with Article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights".
6.4. The scope of material use is limited to the minimum necessary to achieve informational purposes.
6.5. If you are a rights holder and believe that any material infringes your rights, please contact us via email at contact@cinemapatrol.com — we will review the request within 7 business days and promptly resolve the issue.
7. Liability
7.1. All Site materials are provided "as is." The Administration does not guarantee their complete accuracy or relevance.
7.2. The Site is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by:
- use or inability to use Site materials;
- following advertising or affiliate links;

7.5. The maximum amount of administration liability, if established by a court, is limited to 1,000 (one thousand) UAH.

9.3. In the event of force majeure circumstances, the administration will make reasonable efforts to restore Site operations as soon as possible.
10. Applicable Law
10.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine, taking into account GDPR requirements (European Union).
10.2. In case of disputes, they are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute is submitted to court in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. The invalidity of individual provisions of this Agreement does not entail the invalidity of other provisions or the Agreement as a whole.
11.2. All matters not regulated by this Agreement are resolved in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation.
